Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wlnvp login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity on your account is your responsibility. If you become aware that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact wlnvp customer support. wlnvp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Account Verification (KYC)
wlnvp may require identity verification (KYC) at any point — including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Withdrawals

Currency
All wlnvp accounts are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and winnings are denominated and processed in BDT. wlnvp does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions

Welcome Bonus Eligibility
The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Governing Language and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative version. Any disputes arising from your use of wlnvp Services should be submitted to wlnvp customer support in the first instance. wlnvp will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
